Leonidaion Guesthouse - Ancient Olympia

Lovely hotel and fabulous host.

The bathroom was small with only basic amenities provided. The shower was narrow. The noise from the street and barking dogs disturbed my sleep-definitely not what I expected for a relaxing stay.

Thank you everyone for a really good stay during my visit. The restaurant here was wonderful for a dinner, I both ordered amazing dishes. The extremely helpful and attentive staff was the best thing, was willing to help. The location was peaceful, with Symposio Taverna nearby, where I could eat.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and the hotel offered great luggage storage, but parking was off-site.

The place was well-designed, no complaints whatsoever, recommend. The breakfast was complimentary with perfect coffee; the location was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the ancient-style building and a nice size and brand-new room with crispy clean & very comfortable bedding. The staff was willing to help and I had a real good stay. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away...

Leonidaion Guesthouse nice. Damiano, our host, provided countless tips that enhanced our visit, from local dining to the best times for museum visits. The cozy breakfast area and clean room were nice touches. The bathroom layout was a bit unconventional, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

Clean room, friendly staff, the delicious breakfast made our one-night stay good and the convenient location, just a short stroll to the main attractions, allowed us to maximize our time exploring the area.

Had a great group trip with friends here! The owner gave awesome recommendations and even helped carry our bags. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, and there's a handy tour desk to plan your adventures. We visited an ancient site and enjoyed a fantastic dinner nearby. Don't miss the breakfast, it's fresh and plentiful! Perfect spot for exploring the area and just a quick walk to the ruins.

The only downside was that our shower could have used a curtain. Water spilled out quite a bit.

Really good Host and Great Advice

The location was perfect for exploring the archaeological site, just a 10-minute stroll away. I appreciated having clean, comfortable accommodations with a lovely breakfast included. One thing to consider is that the parking can be a bit tight, which might be challenging for less experienced drivers.

Had a lovely stay where the newly renovated room was both cozy and stylish. Enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and took advantage of the leisure room for some downtime. Just a heads up, the shower was a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from our overall great experience! 😊
